Does Starwest collect sales tax in my state or a state I'm shipping to?*

Starwest currently collects sales tax in most states (see map). Tax is collected based on where you are shipping to, not your billing address.

*Subject to change based on state tax laws.

We currently do not collect sales tax in the following states:

+ Montana
+ New Hampshire
+ New Mexico
+ North Dakota
+ Oregon
+ Tennessee

Please download and complete the form below if you wish to order from Starwest Botanicals, Inc. as a California sale tax exempt organization. Until we receive your completed form with valid seller's permit number, we will have to include sales tax on any new orders of taxable items that are shipped. Please note that food items are non-taxable.
