Shipping Information

All online orders shipping via UPS and received by 11:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 11:30 a.m., or during the weekend, will be shipped the next business day. Orders that are shipping via USPS may take one additional day for shipment as our USPS pickup time varies.

*Due to FAA restrictions, we cannot ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air freight. All packages containing these items must be shipped ground. If you wish to expedite the rest of your shipment, please place a separate order for the items you wish to expedite.

Shipping Rates

All rates are calculated in real-time (by UPS or USPS) on our site on the first page of the checkout process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before proceeding to checkout.

Please note: Additional fees, such as brokerage charges, duties, taxes, and government inspection fees may apply to international shipments. You are responsible for these fees and they are typically charged by COD at the time your shipment is delivered.

Free Shipping on Orders over $250+

Wholesale orders must be a minimum of $250 to receive free shipping in the contiguous United States and $400 if shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

Here are the terms and restrictions associated with our offer:

  • The $250 qualification is based on your merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before tax is added.
  • International shipping is NOT included in this offer, except as noted for orders going to specified countries that reach a higher minimum order total. You will still be responsible for any additional charges, such as customs brokerage fees and all import duties or taxes.
  • Free shipping only includes shipments made to addresses within the continental United States, except as otherwise noted for orders that reach a higher minimum order total.
  • Starwest reserves the right to select the carrier when paying the freight.
  • Starwest reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

Hassle-Free Returns

We not only guarantee the quality of our products, we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement - whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund any special order items or shipping charges. Nevertheless, in many cases, we will be happy to provide you with a UPS return label to cover return shipping fees.

To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return.

Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:
  1. Customer Service must approve all returns and will do so by issuing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be marked on the outside of each box. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 1-800-800-4372 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
  2. To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 60 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 60 days.
  3. No returns will be accepted for special order items.

Tracking Your Orders

Tracking your orders placed at Starwest-Botanicals.com is easy. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your UPS tracking number which you can use to track your package at www.ups.com. You can also track your package through our website by selecting your order from the Order History option of your Starwest-Botanicals.com account.
